Personal Physical Therapies (PPT) provides Kinesio Taping® Course Instruction, massage therapy, physical therapy and personal training services.

We are a team of physicals therapists, physical therapist assistants, and massage therapists (Team PPT). Each is dedicated to the treatment construct of preventative care through manual therapy and education.
